In this 6-week online program we'll show you how to get back to yourself.
You'll learn exercises to alleviate anxiety and fear. Plus you'll get to experience a self care technique and breathing exercise.
You'll discover how mindfulness can ease emotional pain. We'll introduce you to a sensory eating exercise, that will help to cultivate mindfulness.
We'll show you how perspective can improve your ability to cope with strong emotions. Plus we'll guide you through a cognitive restructuring exercise that will help you overcome negative and reactive thinking.
You'll learn how to tap into the mind body connection and how the fight or flight response impacts your fertility. Additionally we'll discuss the best fertility foods and which foods to avoid and how functional medicine can help you conceive. We'll end with a relaxation response exercise.
You'll participate in a guided Fertility Yoga class with a fertility yoga instructor. You'll learn how to reconnect with you body again and further deepen the relaxation response.
We'll show you hypnosis can help with the emotions surrounding infertility. You'll experience the power of a self hypnosis exercise to help you cope and thrive with the roller coaster of emotions.
