Fertility Yoga helps to ease the stress, anxiety and depression often associated with infertility.
You'll learn how to reconnect with your body again! We'll discuss specific yoga poses that will induce a deep sense of relaxation and create a sense of peace.
Fertility Yoga allows you to keep fit and toned while doing gentle exercise that enhances your fertility. (vigorous exercise is not recommended for fertility).
The supported yoga poses gently stretch, relax muscles and promote blood flow to the reproductive organs.
As stress levels begin to reduce, this lowers blood levels of cortisol. Cortisol also known as the stress hormone directly impacts your sex hormones and high levels may interfere with reproductive function.
Many people going through infertility may have become disconnected from their body. They may feel their body has failed them.
